HELP & SUPPORT

How can we help?

Short answers and direct routes to the right place in Suuq.

Getting started

The essentials you need to use Suuq.

How does LiveSuuq work?

Browse approved listings, contact the seller, then agree directly on the meeting, payment and item exchange. Suuq does not process payments.

How do I create an account?

Return to the marketplace, choose Sign in, then Create account. Verify your email to send messages and create listings.

How do I find a listing?

Use marketplace search or open Categories. Public results show approved listings only.

How do I create a listing?

Sign in and choose Sell. Add accurate details and photos; the listing remains under review until it is approved.

Buying

Contact the seller and arrange a careful purchase.

How do I contact a seller and ask about an item?

Open the listing. Once signed in, use Chat with seller or the phone number when one is available. Ask about condition, ownership and defects before meeting.

How do I arrange a purchase?

The buyer and seller agree directly on price, meeting and payment. Inspect the item before paying and never send money under pressure.

How can I buy more safely?

Meet in public, test the item and never share passwords or verification codes. Read the Safety centre for more practical guidance.

Selling

Manage your listing and buyer conversations.

How do I edit a listing?

Open My listings in your account and choose Edit. If changes were requested, correct the details or photos and submit it for review again.

How do I communicate with buyers?

Open Messages to see your conversations. Each conversation stays connected to the listing where it started.

Messaging

How private buyer and seller conversations work.

How does messaging work?

A signed-in buyer can start a private conversation from an approved listing. Only the two participants can see it, and it remains available in Messages.

Why can't I send a message?

Check that you are signed in, your email is verified, and the listing is still active and approved. A seller cannot start a chat on their own listing. If the problem continues, submit a report.

How do I block or report a user?

Do not reply to harmful messages. Keep the details and use the Suuq report form; the Suuq team can review the account and restrict it when necessary.

Safety

Short steps that help reduce marketplace risk.

How do I avoid scams?

Be cautious of unusually low prices, urgent payment demands, changing stories and outside links. Inspect the item in person and keep the conversation on Suuq.

Should I share a password or verification code?

No. Never share your password, email code, SMS code or authenticator code. Suuq will not ask for these details in a conversation.

Where should we exchange an item?

Choose a busy public place during daytime, tell someone where you are going and leave if anything feels unsafe.

How do I report suspicious activity?

Open Report a problem and describe what happened without including passwords or payment details. See the Safety centre for more guidance.

REPORT A PROBLEM

Something not working or looking suspicious?

Use the existing Suuq report form. You must be signed in to submit it.
