Using Suuq
You must provide accurate information, protect your account and use Suuq lawfully. Users must be old enough to enter binding agreements in their country.
Listings and transactions
Sellers are responsible for listings and item accuracy. Buyers must inspect items before payment. Suuq is a marketplace and is not automatically a party to transactions between users.
Prohibited content
Illegal, stolen, dangerous, counterfeit or misleading items and content are prohibited. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Liability
Users are responsible for their transactions. To the extent permitted by law, Suuq is not liable for indirect loss or disputes arising solely between users.
